Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Family App ("we", "us") for your use of Family App (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Using the Service
- You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use Family App.
- You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your family's invite code with people you trust.
- The Service is provided for personal, household use.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Abuse the recipe-import or notification features to send spam or harmful content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes, notes, lists, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content to your family and operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you add and for making sure you're allowed to share it.
Availability
We work to keep Family App running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Keep your own copies of anything important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family App will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and leave or delete your family at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
